First Day Tasks
Meet your dispatcher and get your assigned service area
Pick up your company vehicle keys, uniform, and ID badge
Review the open jobs assigned to you on the My Jobs page
Confirm your contact info is listed correctly under Technicians
Pair with a senior technician for your first ride-along job
Site Safety Rules
Wear safety glasses and gloves whenever equipment is open
Shut off power at the breaker before servicing electrical components
Never bypass a safety switch, limit control, or pressure relief valve
Check for gas leaks with a detector before lighting any furnace
Lay down drop cloths and keep walkways clear in customer homes
Report every incident or near-miss to your supervisor the same day

Check the My Jobs page to see work assigned to you
Learn the job flow: Start Job when you arrive, Mark Complete when done
Fill out the job-type form for the equipment you service
Review the Dashboard to see how your job times are tracked
